My Worldview, Philosophy of Life, and Values
不去观世界，没有世界观。“观世界”需要勇气。只有敢走出去，去看、去想、去面对，世界观才有形成的基础。
看世界时，我提醒自己：先看清事实，再表达观点，最后才谈立场。事实是地基，观点是结构，立场只是颜色。
最要紧的是，不要带着立场去选择性地看世界——那样看到的只是自己，而不是世界。
一句话总结：具有勇气，看清事实，警惕立场。
人该怎样度过一生？我给自己的答案是：成为“正资产”。
对家庭有用，对社会有用——创造价值，而不是消耗价值。
做一个让他人愿意合作、愿意同行的人，而不是一个让人避之不及的负担。
用一句最朴素的话来说：不做负资产，不当寄生虫。
该如何做选择、如何行动？我的经验是：勤小事，故无大患。
盯住具体的小事，不浮躁、不漂；把每一件小事做好，自然就能避开大风险。
大道理人人会说，但真正决定命运的，是那些看似微不足道的日常行为。
English Translation
Without going out to observe the world, there can be no worldview. To observe the world takes courage. Only when we dare to venture out—to see, to think, and to face what is there—do we have the basis for forming a worldview.
When I look at the world, I remind myself: first establish the facts, then form an opinion, and only afterward speak of a position. Facts are the foundation, opinions are the structure, and positions are merely the color.
Most importantly, we must not let a preexisting position determine what we choose to see. If we do, what we see is only ourselves, not the world.
In one sentence: have courage, see the facts clearly, and remain wary of positions.
How should a person live a life? My answer is: become a “positive asset.”
Be useful to one’s family and to society. Create value instead of consuming it. Become someone others are willing to work with and travel alongside, rather than a burden they try to avoid.
In the plainest words: do not become a negative asset; do not live as a parasite.
How should we choose and act? My experience is this: attend diligently to small matters, and major troubles will not arise.
Keep your attention on the concrete details. Do not become restless or ungrounded. Do each small thing well, and you will naturally avoid larger risks.
Everyone can speak in grand principles. What truly determines a life, however, are the daily actions that appear almost insignificant.
If one image could summarize my worldview, philosophy of life, and values, it would be this: setting out to fish at midnight.
It takes courage to sail into a dark sea. It carries responsibility—you must return with fish. And it demands respect for detail—no operation can be taken lightly. The feeling is close to that of The Old Man and the Sea.
