Portrait of Chao Wang

Automotive & Industrial Design

Chao Wang

Chao designed an electric logistics vehicle specifically for the local delivery business I led.

An expert in automotive and industrial design, he was also behind the design of the celebrated Mobike bicycle. Working with him showed me how thoughtful design can turn an operational need into a real product.

Portrait of Herman Zhou

Mobility & Crisis Leadership

Herman Zhou

Herman was the leader who brought me into the mobility industry. He founded Yidao Yongche—China’s pioneering ride-hailing company.

While we worked together, his support carried me through many operational crises. Those experiences taught me to become calm inside a crisis, hold the line, and refuse to let the organization collapse.
