Project 01 · In progress
A contemporary mixed-use building in Long Island City, bringing ground-floor commercial space together with residences above. The design is defined by expansive windows, private balconies, and a landscaped roof terrace, creating light-filled homes within the changing skyline of Queens.
Project 02 · Completed
Hampton Condo is the first building I completed in New York—and the project through which I truly learned how the city’s real estate industry works.
Working through its development gave me a systematic understanding of the relationships among developers, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, the Department of Buildings, Con Edison, brokerages, and property management. In my mind, these participants and processes came together as a complete map of real estate development and operations.
The knowledge and practical know-how I gained here became a turning point, helping me move from a food-delivery business toward real estate development and operations.
